The Ogorchock family has been in business since 1946. The original company Was founded in Brookville, a small town in western Pennsylvania. in 1949, the company expanded into DuBois, Pennsylvania. The town names were used to create the name of DuBrook. The company operations grew primarily in western Pennsylvania, Houston, Texas, and northern and eastern Virginia. The Ogorchock children joined the business in the 1970s and were one of the primary reasons for this expansion.

In 1992, three siblings, acquired the companies from their parents. Over the next 12 years, the three siblings worked to grow the business, but soon realized how difficult it was to operate as a partnership compared to a sole proprietorship. Since each of the siblings had gravitated to a different part of the business, they had decided that a better plan would be to reorganize the operating companies into three separate entities. From modest beginning the family/business evolved to the point where all the Ogorchock siblings now have or have had their own independent businesses.

Thomas J. Ogorchock, embarked in the beginning of January 2004 on an exciting new journey as the owner of DuBrook Services Group, LLC a management company for various properties. DuBrook Services Group oversees the daily operations of the following locations:

• Lafayette Center Drive in Chantilly, Virginia (Fairfax Country, VA)
• Midland Road in Midland, Virginia (Fauquier County, VA)
• Kump road & Powder Keg Road in Yellow Spring West Virginia ( Hampton County, WV)
